FIRST BIOTECHNOLOGY WORKSHOP APPLIED TO CLINICAL NUTRITION

On April 26th and 27th of this year 2019, it was held the first Biotechnology Workshop applied to clinical nutrition at Punta Pacifica Hospital, to which Scientific Instruments was invited and where various exhibitors from different disciplines, medicine, nutrition, pediatrics, biotechnology and genetics, explained to patients and health professionals issues about food allergies / sensitivities, intestinal microbiota, nutrigenomics and the importance of maintaining a personalized nutritional therapy.

The Magister attended as an international exhibitor at this event. Andreina White, specialist in Immunology and Metabolism and to complete the workshop we had the assistance of nutritionist Helen Gianares, who provided us with a gastronomy workshop with Salad Master.
